Who we are
Golden Gulf provides VIP airport arrival, chauffeur and concierge services in Egypt. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.
What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you send: your name, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your trip — flight number, arrival date, number of passengers, and the service you want. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to arrange the service you asked for and to reach you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need to deliver your booking — the representative meeting you and the driver assigned to you. Where a booking requires it, we share the minimum necessary with the airport authority.
Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp. Those messages are held on your device and ours, and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for our accounts. If you want your details removed, ask us and we will remove what we are not required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through any of the channels on our contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page.
