Which airport do you cover?+
Cairo International Airport. That is the airport we work at, and where our representatives meet you. Once you are in the car we drive anywhere in the country — Alexandria, Ain Sokhna, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Luxor — but the airport service itself is Cairo.
How far in advance should I book?+
Forty-eight hours is comfortable and lets us confirm the exact vehicle. Same-day requests are often possible, so it is always worth asking.
How is payment made?+
Payment is arranged directly with our coordinator when we confirm your booking. We do not take payment through this website.
Do your staff speak Arabic?+
Yes. Every driver, representative and coordinator you deal with speaks Arabic.
Can you handle a large family?+
Yes. We regularly arrange several vehicles travelling together, with child seats and female staff where requested.
Can you help with medical visits?+
Yes. We arrange hospital and clinic transfers, appointment scheduling, and translation during visits.
